What makes me feel better you ask? I usually talk to someone about it. Or write a note breaking out on whats upseting me. Then I go outside,rip it up,and let it blow in the wind. Music helps too. But don’t listen to depressing music. Listen to happy dance type of stuff and get hyper. Do something you enjoy:)
